— As noted before, Finn Balor was pulled off the recent tour in South America due to an illness and he was also not on Raw this past Monday. Balor is reportedly sick, but according to Post Wrestling requires clearance by WWE in order to compete. For what it’s worth, the company is still confident he will be healthy in time for Sunday’s TLC PPV.
— Whether it is related to Balor or not, but Alexa Bliss and Mandy Rose also both stated that they are sick on their various social media accounts. Rose’s illness is very likely the reason that her advertised match against Naomi never happened on Tuesday’s Smackdown.
— In response to the rumor (originally reported by @WrestleVotes) about the Rock originally being planned as the winner of the 2019 Royal Rumble and moving on to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 35, Dave Meltzer suggested on the f4wonline.com message board that he “asked around” and that this was never an idea that WWE discussed. However, @WrestleVotes doubled down and said that they stand by their source.
