The Royal Rumble is right around the corner and it seems that WWE is set to include many of their NXT talents once again next year. 
Samoa Joe has been the big name that has been touted by many of the WWE Universe over the past few weeks, but it seems that it could be another fan favourite who is instead given the nod. 
Tye Dillinger has been overlooked quite a few times in NXT over the past few months and now it seems WWE are ready to give him the chance he deserves. 

The current plan states that WWE want to bring up ‘The Perfect Ten’ and have him enter the Rumble at Number 10 as a way to get the ’10’ over. The company thinks that this could be the new ‘Yes’ or even ‘What?’ chant in the future and it would be a great way to test it in front of a packed out crowd in San Antonio. 
Dillinger has nothing left for him down in NXT now, so it would be the right move to have him finally given the promotion he deserves and then transfer him to SmackDown since they are desperately in need of some new characters.
