The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) & Ring Of Honor (ROH) presents their Crockett Cup Event which emanates from The Cabarrus Arena in Concord, North Carolina, featuring NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis defending his NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title against “The Villain” Marty Scurll & NWA National Champion Willie Mack defending his NWA National Title against Colt Cabana.
Advertised for tonight’s PPV: NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis defends his NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title against “The Villain” Marty Scurll, NWA National Champion Willie Mack defends his NWA National Title against Colt Cabana, Allysin Kay faces Santana Garrett in a Singles Match For The Vacant NWA Women’s Title, The Briscoes (Jay & Mark Briscoe) takes on The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) in a Crockett Cup First Round Tag Team Match, Villain Enterprises (PCO & Brody King) battles Satoshi Kojima & “Blue Justice” Yuji Nagata in a Crockett Cup First Round Tag Team Match, Flip Gordon & Bandido faces Guerrero Maya Jr. & Stuka Jr. in a Crockett Cup First Round Tag Team Match, The War Kings (Crimson & Jax Dane) battles The Winner Of The Wild Card Tag Team Battle Royal in a Crockett Cup First Round Tag Team Match, A Wild Card Tag Team Battle Royal where the winner will be The 8th Entrant into The Crockett Cup, two Crockett Cup Semifinals Match plus a Crockett Cup Finals Match. Joe Galli, Jim Cornette & Ian Riccaboni are the commentators for tonight’s event.
– Royce Isaacs & Thomas “Bram” Latimer wins The Wild Card Battle Royal and qualifies for a spot in The Crockett Cup.
We then get a video package looking back at Flip Gordon going down a few months ago with a knee injury during an ROH Match that also took place in the same arena as tonight’s show.
– Flip Gordon & Bandido (ROH) def. Stuka Jr. & Guerrero Maya Jr (CMLL) (Crockett Cup Block B First Round Match).
We then see clips of “The Villain” Marty Scurll talking about how it took him 10 years to get a break in Pro Wrestling, when Aldis got them a bit sooner. We also see photos of the two friends, with Scurll saying that if anyone from his circle was going to “make it” it was going to be Aldis. Scurll then talks about TNA’s British Bootcamp and how he thought they may have been his big break and Aldis was the one to put in a good word for him to be on the show. Not much came out of it, so Scurll said that he had to focus on coming up with something different and that was “The Villain.”
– Royce Isaacs & Thomas “Bram” Latimer (Wild Card) def. Crimson & Jax Dane (NWA) with Isaacs’ feet on the ropes. (Crockett Cup Block B First Round Match).
The Briscoes then talk about the previous Crockett Cup Tournament and how The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express couldn’t make it past the first round. The Briscoes then says that they fully expect history to repeat itself. The Briscoes then says that they are going to win the tournament and put The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express out to pasture.
Jim Cornette then introduces The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express. Before the next match gets started, Cornette asks them if they know what they have gotten themselves into tonight against The Briscoes. The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express then says that they will feed off the fans support and winning The Crockett Cup is something they want to check off their bucket list. Cornette then says that it is good to see The Briscoes. The Briscoes then says, “Good to see you too, Jim, now hand me that microphone!” Cornette then hands the microphone over and leaves. The Briscoes then let their opponents decide if they want to head to the back and keep their body in check, or fight and get retired. Morton then kicks Jay below the belt before the bell rings.
– The Briscoes (Jay & Mark Briscoe) (ROH) def. The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) (NWA) (Crockett Cup Block A First Round Match).
– Villain Enterprises (PCO & Brody King) (ROH) def. Satoshi Kojima & “Blue Justice” Yuji Nagata (NJPW) (Crockett Cup Block A First Round Match).
Villain Enterprises (PCO & Brody King) vs. The Briscoes (Jay & Mark Briscoe) and Royce Isaacs & Thomas “Bram” Latimer vs. Flip Gordon & Bandido will take place in the semifinals.
Madusa heads out to the ring with The NWA Women’s Title. She will present it to the winner of the next match.

– Allysin Kay def. Santana Garrett to win The Vacant NWA Women’s Title. After the match, Madusa hands the title to Kay, but Kay just snatches it away. Garrett then looks for a handshake, but Kay just gets in her face and holds up the title, then heads off.
All the members of The Midnight Express are then interviewed by Caprice Coleman.
– Royce Isaacs & Thomas “Bram” Latimer (Wild Card) def. Flip Gordon & Bandido (ROH) (Crockett Cup Block B Semifinals Match).
– Villain Enterprises (PCO & Brody King) (ROH) def. The Briscoes (Jay & Mark Briscoe) (ROH) via disqualification (Crockett Cup Block A Semifinals Match). After the match, The Briscoes instantly attack the referee and start swinging chairs on PCO & Brody King. Jay Briscoe his The Jay driller on the referee. The Briscoes trap PCO’s arm in a chair, put some more over his face as Jay hits a senton off the top rope and down on the chairs. PCO sells an arm injury after that. Jay Briscoe then gets on the mic and says “hell no!” to NWA’s decision of disqualifying them then says to hell with everyone.
– Colt Cabana def. Willie Mack (c) to win The NWA National Title. After the match, James Storm heads to the ring and gets on the mic. He initially congratulates Cabana for winning the title, but then yells at management for not wanting a guy like him in the main event scene. He then tells Cabana that that is why he came out there to challenge Cabana because they can’t stop him from doing that. He then tells Cabana to be ready next time they meet.
Members of The Crockett Family, ROH COO Joe Koff & NWA President Billy Corgan heads out with The Crockett Cup & NWA World Tag Team Titles. Caprice Coleman then talks with Nikita Koloff who says that it is great to be back and he thanks The Crockett Family for giving him his opportunity. Coleman then asks about Koloff losing his accent and he says that after 35 years his English is bound to get better. Magnum TA then heads out and Koloff welcomes him. Magnum then talks about when he was able to be involved in the very first Crockett Cup and how great the experience was. The two then sit ringside for the upcoming finals match.
– Villain Enterprises (PCO & Brody King) (ROH) def. Royce Isaacs & Thomas “Bram” Latimer (Wild Card) to win The Vacant NWA World Tag Team Titles. (2019 Crockett Cup Finals Match).
– Nick Aldis (c) def. “The Villain” Marty Scurll to retain The NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title. After the match, Scurll & Aldis hug and raise each other’s hands up. Scurll then gets on the mic and asks Aldis not to leave just yet. Scurll then says 15 years ago he started his dream to be a wrestler and said that Aldis was the one who took him under his wing and helped him become the man he is today. He then says that after the match they just showed how far they both have come. Scurll then says that he was hoping at this point he would be double champion, but the better man won. He then says that Aldis is the champ and nobody deserves it more than him. Aldis then says that Scurll is the biggest self-made star in wrestling. Aldis then puts over The NWA’s resurgence and thanks the fans to end the show.
