Congress president Rahul Gandhi has been in news for his various statements given to the media during his European tour and the latest is his salvo on India’s financial fugitive Vijay Mallya, who recently had denied to come to India citing the bad conditions of Indian prisons. Gandhi scion has said Indian prisons are indeed a “difficult place” but fugitives like Mallya shouldn’t be treated differently.
