Manchester City claimed their sixth League Cup win on Sunday when they beat Chelsea 4-3 on penalties at Wembley.
The Carabao Cup final ended 0-0 and spot-kicks were needed to decide who would go home with the trophy.
The match will be remembered for what happened just before the end of extra-time, though, when goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga refused to come off for stand-in Willy Caballero despite going down injured.
Kepa insisted to the Blues bench he was fine and stayed on the pitch but this prompted Sarri to have a mega meltdown and they proceeded to lose on penalties.
City have now moved clear of rivals Manchester United, Chelsea, and Aston Villa for League Cup titles.
The competition was first played in the 1960/61 season with Villa winning the inaugural trophy and the final was held over two legs for the first six years.
