— Christian’s surgical procedure two weeks ago to repair a torn pectoral muscle was the first operation he had ever endured. Like most WWE performers, he had the surgery performed in Birmingham, Alabama by famed orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews.
— Michael Tarver was removed from The Nexus during Monday’s Raw due to a groin injury that will keep him sidelined indefinitely.
— According to a report in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, MVP has been very worried about his position in World Wrestling Entertainment as of late. It’s been noted that he feels younger wrestlers are being pushed ahead of him while the company largely ignores him.
— The official website of Florida Championship Wrestling has added WWE developmental talent Marcus Owens to its roster page. Owens previously wrestled under the name Vic Adams in the developmental promotion before being released by WWE in 2008. He was recently re-signed to a developmental contract.
