Serge Aurier’s transfer situation was not resolved yesterday as his legal team had thought it would be.
Tottenham and PSG have reached a €25m plus €2m bonuses offer for the player’s transfer, with the 24-year-old already agreeing to sign a 5-year contract with the London outfit.
Aurier has submitted an application to the Home Office to apply for Visa with what his legal team believes is the necessary documentation to assure a successful application, including guarantees that the player will not be jailed for his assault on a police officer from last year.
The player’s team are waiting for the Home Office to make their decision between now and Wednesday midday, according to L’Équipe.
Aurier has also already undergone a medical, everything is set. Now the Home Office take centre stage.
