As reported by Le10Sport, Italian champions AC Milan have opened discussions with Lille over the double transfer of defender Sven Botman and midfielder Renato Sanches ahead of the summer transfer window.

Lille, having finished outside the European places in Ligue 1 amid financial woes for the club, need to make sales this summer to balance the books with president Olivier Létang under pressure for the club’s owners to right the ship.
To that end, talks with Milan will continue in the coming days over Sanches (24) and Botman (22) with the scale of any eventual deal for the club’s two major assets, aside from Jonathan David, seen as crucial to Létang’s future and LOSC’s finances.
