As reported by L’Équipe, Luis Campos is becoming frustrated with his fellow PSG director Antero Henrique over the lack of sales this summer transfer window and is putting pressure on Henrique to close deals to allow various PSG squad members to leave.

Campos is keen to sign a centre-back, a midfielder and a striker before September but those plans are being partly hindered by Paris not being able to free up room in their squad and add much-needed transfer funds to their budget for the rest of the summer market.

It was reported earlier this summer that PSG had €80m to spend on transfers this off-season, but that figure could increase if their target of 10 player sales is met. So far young striker Arnaud Kalimuendo has left for Rennes for £18m while German defender Thilo Kehrer and goalkeeper Alphonse Areola joined West Ham for a combined fee of around £20 with Georginio Wijnaldum also leaving on loan for Roma.

However, the likes of Mauro Icardi, Layvin Kurzawa, Idrissa Gueye and Leandro Paredes remain at the club despite being told they can leave. With just a week left of the window, Henrique has much to do.
