SLEEPING GIANTS STADE Francais stunned French and European champions Toulon last night to power through to the Top 14 Final.

Stade ran in three tries in a 33-16 win, reaching the decider for the first time in eight years, and setting up a final with either Clermont or Toulouse next week.

As usual, a Stade Francais victory was inspired by their captain Sergio Parisse, the Italian legend setting up the opening try of the game with one of the most beautiful passes you’ll see this season.

Seemingly running into a hole, Parisse found himself moving towards the touchline with two Toulon defenders closing them down. But rather than try to power through the tackle, Parisse drew the defenders in, before flicking the ball around his back and into the hands of the onrushing Rapahel Lakafia.

Pure class.

And if that wasn’t enough, here it is from another angle.
