ProWrestling.com recently spoke with WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross about his brand new autobiography Slobberknocker: My Life In Wrestling. You can check out the full interview in the video below, or read written highlights by clicking here.

During the interview, JR confirmed for the first time that he is in talks with long-time broadcast partner Jerry “The King” Lawler about a tour featuring both members of the iconic Monday Night Raw announce team. Ross has been doing his own “Ringside” tours for many years traveling all over the United States and even internationally, but this would be the first time The King would join him in any official capacity.

“The King and I are willing and happy and excited about the opportunity to work together in an adlib environment. Should be hilarious stuff, informative, and fun. It’s just a matter of getting the tour booked, and all that good stuff. Hopefully it will happen, and it should be fun, without a doubt.”

When we asked about the possibility of a second autobiography and sequel to Slobberknocker, JR was all but certain the project will eventually happen, noting that they already have material ready to go.

“I’m sure that we will, or [at least]I feel like we will. We’ve already got most of the stuff organized to write. I would look forward to reading** a second, because now I’ve got one under my belt and I kind of know what I’m doing. I can emotional prepare myself for what I’m about to do – it won’t come as a surprise anymore.”

**JR was referring to the unexpected difficulty in reading lines for the audiobook version of Slobberknocker, which he did himself.
