It’s been an eventful week for Impact Wrestling as the company is in the midst of a marathon of television tapings at Universal Studios, the long-time home of the Impact Zone. Saturday night was no exception, as we had the debut of a big Knockouts prospect, the return of “Feast or Fired” and confirmation on a brutal Monster’s Ball Match all set to take place before the TV taping sprint ends on Monday.

It was reported earlier this week that Su Yung, independent star and wife of WWE’s Rich Swann, was set to make her debut with the promotion. The “Undead Bride” did in fact make her presence known at Saturday night’s show, attacking current Knockouts Champion Allie.
“Feast or Fired” made it’s return this weekend as well. As usual, four briefcases hung above the ring and a sea full of wrestlers competed to take them down and earn the contents inside. Three of the briefcases contain title shots, and the fourth contains a pink slip which will effectively fire the one who “wins” it.
Finally, it’s been a long time coming but the “Monster” Abyss will finally return to take on Kongo Kong in a brutal, bloody Monster’s Ball match. It was made official Saturday night, with Kong’s manager Jimmy Jacobs coming face to face with legendary TNA character Father James Mitchell.
