The Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels is no stranger to accolades and awards. HBK is a 4-time WWE Champion, a 3-time Intercontinental Champion, a WWE Hall of Famer, a 6-time WWE Tag Team Champion, a 15-time Slammy Award Winner, a two-time Royal Rumble Winner, and the first ever Grand Slam Champion in WWE. This doesn’t include all the awards that he’s been given with countless matches and feuds of the year from PWI and the Wrestling Observer. Even as I was writing this, I had to stop and say wow.
Well, Mr. Wrestlemania is receiving yet another award, this time from the Cauliflower Alley Club who is awarding him with the 2018 Art Abrams/Lou Thesz Lifetime Acheivement Award. Michaels tweeted in response, saying that he is utterly grateful and humbled by this award.
