WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is scheduled for next week’s episode of WWE RAW in Sacramento, CA according to a new report from PWInsider.com.
Monday’s show will of course have all the fallout from a stacked WWE TLC pay-per-view in San Jose the night before, including a Tables, Ladders & Chairs match between Baron Corbin and Braun Strowman with the red brand General Manager role potentially hanging in the balance.
Considering Angle is technically still the RAW General Manager sent on “vacation” by Stephanie McMahon, it’s likely he will be involved in that storyline in some way.
However, the last time we saw the Olympic gold medalist he was being brutalized at the hands of Drew McIntyre, so it’s also possible his return has something to do with that as well.
