Although no specific details regarding the condition of Daniel Bryan have surfaced in the past few days, it is worth mentioning that Bryan noted during his “MizTV” appearance on the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view “Kickoff Show” that his career is not over, and that fans have not seen the last of him inside the squared-circle. It was reported recently that it was unclear if Bryan would ever return to the ring, so one would assume that he will be returning to action at some point.

Due to the injury he suffered at the WWE SmackDown television taping on Tuesday night, Rusev did not work the WWE Intercontinental Championship Elimination Chamber match at last night’s pay-per-view. Instead, Rusev was replaced by Mark Henry. Originally, it was rumored that if Rusev could not compete at the show, Bray Wyatt would be his replacement.

Regarding the I-C title Elimination Chamber bout, the match came down to Ryback and Sheamus, with Ryback hitting Sheamus with his finisher to score the 1-2-3 and become the new Intercontinental Champion. After the match, Daniel Bryan, the previous I-C champion who was seated at ringside during the contest, came into the ring and presented Ryback with the belt.
