– Samoa Joe is out for an interview. He says that current NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura is suffering from multiple injuries as per his medical report and will be out for 6-12 weeks. Joe says he wants Nakamura to vacate the title. GM William Regal comes out and says he will handle it, but Joe goes head to head with Regal, threatens the rest of the roster and then leaves.
– Austin Aries beat Oney Lorcan. After the match, Aries calls out Hideo Itami, saying he is a coward. Itami then responds by coming out but Aries got the heck out of there.
– Billie Kay beat Aliyah
– Cedric Alexander beat Andrade “Cien” Almas. Tremendous match. The audience was cheering pretty loud for Alexander. Cedric wins with the Lumbar Check. Andrade sort of teased a heel turn, but embraces Cedric and then raised his hand.

– GM William Regal comes out to announce the return of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic starting tonight and ending at NXT Takeover: Toronto.
– Tye Dillinger beat Angelo Dawkins with the TyeBreaker. After the match, Bobby Roode interrupts and says he wants to win the Dusty Classic but that he needs the perfect partner. Tye accepts and they will be called Perfectly Glorious.
– The Ealy Brothers vs. NXT Tag Team Champions The Revival never happened as Samoa Joe came out and beat up the Ealy Brothers. Revival was uninvolved, watching from the ramp area. Joe continues to threaten the roster saying he will keep the beatings go until Regal gives him Nakamura or his title.
– Ember Moon beat Mandy Rose
– The Authors of Pain defeated two jobbers. Paul Ellering says the next chapter will unleash pain.
– NXT Women’s Champion Asuka beat Liv Morgan via submission. She applied the armbar pretty quick to win decisively. After the match, Asuka says that no one is ready for her.
– Hideo Itami beat Lince Dorado via the GTS. After the match, Austin Aries comes out of the crowd and jumps Itami, but Itami fights back, causing Aries to run away.

– The Authors of Pain beat The Bollywood Boyz. This was a first round match of the Dusty Rhodes tournament.
– Rich Swann beat Patrick Clark via moonsault.
– Peyton Royce beat Danielle Kamella. Peyton wins by delivering the Perfect Plex.
– Dan Matha comes out for a match but Samoa Joe destroyed him. He has the same message for Regal but this time he says that Regal has only one week to deliver.
– NXT Tag Team Champions The Revival beat Cedric Alexander and Andrade “Cien” Almas in another first round match of the Dusty Rhodes Classic tournament. Tremendous match. The finish was when Revival pins Cedric with the Shatter Machine. After the match, Andrade turns on Cedric.

– Sanity beat Bobby Roode and Tye Dillinger in a first round match for the Dusty Classic. Roode had no intention on wrestling so Dillinger got destroyed. Sanity reveals themselves as Alexander Wolfe & Sawyer Fulton, and were accompanied by a man anda a woman wearing a mask. The female attacks Tye and reveals herself as Nikki Storm, and the masked man is Eric Young
– Billie Kay beat Liv Morgan after Royce grabbed Morgan’s leg for the distraction, allowing Kay to deliver a big boot.
– TM61 beat Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss via Thunder Valley in another first round Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic match.
– Blake vs. Murphy went to a no contest after Samoa Joe interfered and destroyed both guys. He calls for Regal saying time is up. Shinsuke Nakamura’s music hits and he comes out in a neck brace. He takes of the brace and charges the ring leading to a brawl between him and Samoa Joe. Shinsuke hit the Kinshasa on a security guard, before hitting Joe with one as well as the show ended.
