Former WWE Spirit Squad members Kenny Dykstra and Mike “Mikey” Mondo made a special appearance Saturday at the Ring of Honor television taping at Baltimore.
The Young Bucks, who recently regained the ROH world tag team title belts from Broken Matt and Jeff Hardy at the Supercard of Honor, issued an open challenge, and Kenny and Mikey rose to the occasion.
It was the first ROH match for Kenny, but Mikey was a regular with the promotion from 2010 to 2013. He wrestled plenty of ROH greats including Davey Richards, Eddie Edwards, Colt Cabana, Adam Cole and Jay Lethal. Mikey also took a shot at the ROH World Championship in 2012 against Kevin Steen.
