Update: WWE released video of custom name plates being placed on a WWE Title belt for Dean Ambrose to officially signal his status as WWE champion coming out of Money in the Bank.

Dean Ambrose is the new WWE World Hvt. champion to conclude the Money in the Bank PPV.
First, Ambrose won the MITB ladder match earlier in the PPV.
Then, Seth Rollins beat Roman Reigns to capture the WWE World Title, ending Reigns’s title reign that started at WrestleMania.
But, Ambrose cashed in his MITB briefcase on Rollins and won the WWE Title for the first time in nine seconds.
The PPV closed with Ambrose celebrating his first WWE Title victory after being denied over and over throughout his WWE career.
