Jacob Scherber of Buffalo has committed to wrestling for Saint John’s next season.
Scherber is a three-time state entrant. He was the Class AAA 195-pound runner-up this season. He was a state entrant at 182 pounds as a junior and 170 pounds as a sophomore.
Scherber is projected to wrestle at 197 pounds for the Johnnies.
