From farm loan waiver up to 2 lakh, laptops to degree students and regulation of liquor sale are promises made all parties in their manifestos, but what separates BJP from the rest is cows. Yes, the BJP has promised free distribution of cows to one lakh people every year in Telangana where elections are scheduled to take place on December 7. Manifesto also promised deportation of Bangladeshi migrants and Rohingyas.
The manifesto, released on Thursday by state BJP president K Laxman, also promised a legislation to prevent “forcible religious conversions” made by offering money and other inducements.
