Intimas, a designer and supplier of ladies’ intimate apparel and swimwear, with a portfolio of brands comprising Lepel, Charnos Lingerie, and Ted Baker Intimates, has seen its AIM-listed shares suspended after it failed to post its full year results to December 08 by the market’s 30 June deadline. Intimas made a pre-tax loss of £1.65m in the six months to the end of June last year and has been forced to put its staff on a four day week.

As indicated in its most recent trading update on 12 June, the Board secured its existing funding arrangements for the short term, but continues to seek the additional equity investment that is a condition of securing longer term support.

Intimas Group plc is incorporated in the UK and currently operates predominantly in the UK.
