Real welcome Barcelona at the Bernabeu on Wednesday, February 27 with the match kicking off at 8pm UK time, 9pm in Spain.
The Copa del Rey final will take place on May 25 with Valencia and Real Betis currently locked at 2-2 in the other semi-final tie.
